Janicki Dressage

Aaron has had a passion for working with horses from a young age. He got his first horse, a Haflinger pony, at the age of 6, and has been riding ever since.

Aaron has started countless young horses and trained several horses through the FEI levels. He has a reputation for bringing out the best in even the most difficult horses.

In 2014, Aaron graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and then worked as an engineer for two years before starting Janicki Dressage, with the aim of training horses to Grand Prix and providing the most outstanding horses for the North American market.

In 2016, Aaron had the opportunity to take a riding position in Germany, where he gained tremendous experience starting and developing many young stallions in addition to training older horses.

In 2017, Aaron made his Grand Prix debut with Constant, a horse he trained himself from Fourth Level.

In 2018 Aaron was selected with his rising star Heron onto the USEF developing rider program, designed to pipeline riders to represent the US team in Olympics and World Championships.

In 2021 Aaron and Heron spent the winter season training with Lars Peterson and competing in Florida at Intermediare II with wins and scores to 72.9%.
